The Methodological Council is a collegial working body of a vocational college, whose powers are determined by Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine on Vocational Education and the founding documents of the vocational college. The activities of such a council are also regulated by the Regulation on the Methodological Council.
Decisions of the Methodological Council, made in accordance with the law, are advisory and binding on all participants in the educational process. Mandatory decisions are implemented by orders of the principal of the vocational college.
The composition of the Methodological Council is approved annually by the order of the principal of the vocational college.
