Legal Department

The legal counsel at the college is headed by Tetiana MARKEIEVA.

In its activities, the legal counsel is guided by: the Constitution of Ukraine, codes, laws, subordinate normative legal acts, the Regulation of the College, the General Provision on the Legal Counsel of the ministry, another executive authority, state enterprise, institution, and organization, as well as job descriptions.

The main tasks of the legal counsel of the college are:

• Carrying out legal work to create legal and organizational foundations for the effective functioning of the college;

• Ensuring compliance with laws by all participants of the educational process of the college;

• Preventing violations of rights and legitimate interests of participants in the educational process;

• Assisting in the observance of the rule of law in the implementation of the rights of participants in the educational process;

• Organizing methodological, advisory, and educational work aimed at the correct application and strict compliance with the requirements of legislative acts by participants in the educational process.
