Deputy director for administrative and economic work

The deputy director for administrative and economic work by position is a member of the directorate, pedagogical and administrative councils, personnel commissions; heads the economic service, the inventory commission; is the person responsible for material and technical support of the educational process, fire and man-made safety, electrical safety and gas management.

In accordance with the order of the FCTBP of Lesya Ukrainka University of Ukraine of July 26, 2023 No. 90-od, the deputy director carries out, coordinates, performs and organizes the following range of functional duties (area of ​​responsibility):

• administrative and economic activity;
• gas and energy management, fire safety;
• procurement of goods, works and services;
• development of normative legal acts of the institution of vocational pre-higher education and preparation of draft administrative documents;
• correspondence with counterparties and authorities, etc.;
• material and technical support;
• planning the improvement of the assets of the vocational college, carrying out repairs;
• monitoring and control of administrative and economic activity.
