Administrative council
The Administrative Council is a collegial working body of the vocational college, whose powers are determined by Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine on Vocational Education and the founding documents of the vocational college. The activities of such a council are also regulated by the Regulations on the Administrative Council.
Decisions of the Administrative Council, made in accordance with the legislation, are mandatory for all participants in the educational process. Such decisions are put into effect by orders of the director of the vocational college.
The composition of the Administrative Council is approved annually by the order of the director of the vocational college, who heads it.
